If you do not file a claim, you will not receive any money from the settlement. Additionally, you will give up your rights to sue Mastercard, or other defendants for claims related to this case and will be bound by the settlement’s terms.
Can I object to the settlement?
Yes, if you did not exclude yourself from the settlement, you could have objected to the settlement by submitting a Statement of Objections to the court by July 23, 2019. The court will consider any objections before final approval of the settlement.
